MASTER your MIND

Class will last for 4 WEEKS and will be divided in 4 LESSONS. 

PRE-COURSE and INSIDE-COURSE preparation routines
In 1st lesson, we will be covering all espects of mind preparation before going to warm up your dog and mind espects just before going on the course.    

SELF CONFIDENCE trainings
In 2nd lesson, we will be covering espects of your daily life and life on the course. You will start discovering who you are and what are your potentials and how you can implement them into the course. 

STRESS issues around BIG COMPETITIONS
In 3rd lesson we will talk about your fears and doubts on the course and with the help of your self-confidence, put them out of your head.

PLAN and GAMES for your FOCUS on the course
In our last lesson, we will combine all previous lessons and with the help of special mind games put you in a WARRIOR mode that you will be able to DOMINATE on the course.

INDIVIDUAL problems
Also we will talk about individual problems, which are not captured with lessons and will be discussed privately.

All lessons and exercises will be explained in detail and you can do them all in your home. Why this exercise, how you can implement that in course and also real life.
