GET READY for EO 2022 – 21 DAYS INTENSE Training Program

 

21 DAYS INTENSE on-line training to INCREASE your PREPARATION for running speedy courses.

It will be run through FB group and will contain 2 daily workouts.

 

CARDIO WORKOUT
Full body cardio workouts to increase stamina.


SPEED DRILLS
Speed Drills on agility ladder for coordination and feet awareness


MUSCLE BUILDING
Dumbbell exercises to increase your strength


All lessons and exercises will be explained in detail and you can do them all in your home. You will also receive schedule of your trainings for a week, so you will be able to track how many repetitions you did.

Equipment you will need:

– jumping rope
– ladder for speed drills (4m long)
–  2x dumbbell (3 or 5 kg)
