A lot of mind exercises, morning challenges, which will prepare you not only to be BETTER, more FOCUSED, more CONFIDENT on the course, but also in normal life.

Get in shape is 30 days training program dedicated to handlers, who want to stay in shape.

It will be run through FB group and will contain 2 daily workouts.


Full body cardio workouts to increase stamina.

Speed Drills on agility ladder for coordination and feet awareness

Exercises with your own weight to increase your strength

All lessons and exercises will be explained in detail and you can do them all in your home. You will also receive schedule of your trainings for a week, so you will be able to track how many repetitions you did.

Equipment you will need:

– jumping rope
– ladder for speed drills (4m long)
– resistance band for legs (recommended light one for beginners)

Really advisable is a ladder and resistance band, with all other things we can improvise. All the rest of exercises you will do with your own weight.
